Mediation/Arbitration Fees

$400 per hour for both parties with each party being responsible for one-half or $200 per hour.  As Mediator, Mr. David Reid will arrange and pay any costs for mediation sites.  A travel charge may apply if necessary to facilitate the mediation/arbitration.  The Mediator will utilize the most efficient and reasonable means of transportation.  No Retainer is required.
